Bill McAneny - Managing Director

Bill is an organisational psychologist. As well as his international consulting work, Management Due-Diligence and design of online systems such as the Jungian Character Analysis, Bill is also the author of the best-selling ‘Frankenstein’s Manager’ which outlines why management training does not lead to better-performing managers. Bill is also a speaker at conferences world-wide and Board Advisor to several global organisations.

Dan Murfitt - Systems Manager

Dan’s remit is to ‘build the future’ and his experiences range from building online psychometric tests, (from full clinical assessment instruments, to 360 tests, to bespoke one-off surveys and specific tools) the design and creation of unique websites right through to building ‘complete solutions’ online learning systems and intelligent business systems for major international organisations. Dan is interested in online collaborations and is a keen and vocal promoter of open source technologies.

Angharad Jones - Project Manager

Angharad’s role is to manage the business end-to-end, to ensure that all our promises are delivered, on-time, as agreed, to happy customers. An HR professional, she has a first class Honours degree in Commerce from Birmingham University (also winning the prestigious Gilbert Walker & PS Florence Prize for best-performing student) and a Masters Degree in HR, specialising in Learning and Development.

Lucy Woulfe - Systems Designer

Lucy is our in-house design expert. Her eye for colour, space and form ensures that all of our systems have the superior design, ease of use and clarity of purpose you would expect from high quality, integrated systems.
