Country-wide Recruitment Model for Munters
Munters, the global dehumidification experts, were on a large growth curve and needed to bring in many new people at all levels.
As what was required was a 50% increase in headcount in 24 regions throughout the UK and Ireland they needed a valid, robust recruitment system and methodology that could be run by ‘the line,’ that could assess lots of people at one time and which was quick and accurate.
We designed a ‘Munters-specific’ system that was based on the skill-set and behavioural model necessary for success. Using a combination of testing, individual interviews and some practical, ‘role-specific’ group work we were able to run the process in 3-hour sessions through which we able to fill all vacancies with the right people.
