Board Assessment

We provide an in-depth understanding of the capabilities, strengths and weaknesses of the individuals, the component parts of the board, as well as the dynamics in the team so that the business gets the best from them. What motivates them? Are there skill gaps in the team? What is their potential for the future? Where do they need to develop? What are their limitations? This is all within the context of the industry sector, the business and its short- and long-term ambitions.

Board Effectiveness

The quality of the board and their ability to collaborate has an important impact on the success of the business. We help the board achieve clarity, transparency and alignment on the organisation’s strategy and goals, often focused on a three to five-year growth plan. What is each individual expected to contribute to that plan? How should the team be structured? How do the individuals best work together and leverage each other’s strengths?

We don’t believe in long, protracted coaching programmes. Development is about understanding ourselves and the situation, taking action and choosing to do things differently. Whether it is for succession, or career progression, or just improvement, we assess individuals and provide practical advice and support to help people develop and take the next steps.

Finalist Assessment

Senior level appointments are difficult to get right, but have a huge impact on the business and the rest of the management team. Once you have your shortlist, we provide a comprehensive assessment of the shortlisted candidates and use our insights on people, on the team and the business to help you make sure we all get it right.

Executive Assessment

An objective review of the management within an organisation is helpful to gauge the capability within the wider team, to understand individual and collective strengths and weaknesses.
